Tauck has won many honors from travel professionals, including the "Best Customer Satisfaction" award from the American Automobile Association (AAA) four years in a row and the "Tour Partner of the Year" award in 2000 and 2001 by AAA Travel, Autoclub South. In addition, the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) voted Tauck World Discovery "Best Tour Operator" for six years in a row. In 2001, Tauck received "Entrepreneur of the Year for Service" by Ernst & Young and a Luxury Travel Award by Travel Agent magazine. Perhaps the most important awards, however, come from the traveling public, and we are very proud of the endorsements which discerning travelers continually give us. For example, each year since the inception of the "World's Best Outfitters" distinction, the readers of Travel & Leisure magazine have ranked Tauck first or second. In addition, each year more than 55% of our business is comprised of repeat customers, and another 30% comes from referrals made by previous Tauck travelers. |
